October 7 = Midnight Madness

It looks like Midnight Madness is on October 7. The problem is that Midnight Madness might be at 7:00PM. Glad to know that Myles Brand, head of the NCAA, knows how to tell time. (New NCAA rule) He probably wanted all the players to have more time to study.

Can anyone verify this and the reason for the new rule?
